Lime Petroleum To Acquire 4 mmboe Net Contingent Resources In Brasse Field, Norway - Completion

Unless otherwise defined, capitalised terms in this announcement shall have the same meaning given to them on Lime Petroleum AS’s press release dated 7 November 2023 (the “Press Release”), in relation to the Company’s acquisition of a 17% interest in PL740 in the Norwegian North Sea, in which the OKEA-operated Brasse Field is expected to start commercial production in 2027 (the “Farm-in”).

The board of directors of Lime Petroleum AS (“Lime”) refers to the Press Release and wishes to announce that the Farm-in had been completed on 29 December 2023 (the “Completion”).

Pursuant to the Completion, Lime now holds a 17% interest in PL740.
