Lime Petroleum Norway to acquire 30 per cent stake in PL544 in the North Sea

Oslo, Norway, 16th April 2015 – Lime Petroleum Norway AS ("Lime Norway") is pleased to announce that it has entered into an agreement with Lundin Norway AS (''Lundin'') to acquire 30% interest in licence PL554 in the North Sea. Following this and other pending transactions, the ownership will be Lundin operator 40%, Lime Norway 30% and Bayerngas Norge AS 30%. The transfer is subject to authority approval.

Acquire an additional 10 per cent share of PL616 in the North Sea

Oslo, Norway, 7th April 2015 – Lime Petroleum Norway AS (“Lime Norway”) is pleased to announce that it has entered into an agreement with Skagen44 to acquire 10 per cent share in concession PL616 in the North Sea. Following the transaction, the ownership will be Edison Norge (operator) 25%, Noreco Norway 20%, Concedo 20%, Lime Norway 15%, North Energy 15% and Skagen44 5%. The transfer is subject to authority approval.

Lime Petroleum Norway secures enlarged facility of NOK 700 million for 2015 drillings

Oslo, Norway, 23 March 2015 – Lime Petroleum Norway AS (“Lime Norway”) is pleased to announce that it has secured an increase of its financing facility from Skandinaviska Enskilda Banken AB from NOK 300 million to NOK 700 million to fund its participation in its offshore exploration drilling program in 2015. The facility was first secured in December 2013.

PL338C update

The recent farm-in to PL338C gave Lime Petroleum Norway AS (”Lime Norway”) the opportunity to participate in a licence with drilling of the Gemini prospect and containing the Rolvsnes oil discovery.

Drilling of the Gemini prospect has been concluded as a dry well. The well stopped at 2,269 m below sea surface at the minimum required level and before penetrating the full section where Rex Virtual Drilling (”RVD”) had seen strong indication of the presence of hydrocarbons. At the time of drilling, Lime Norway’s entry was pending governmental approval and thus unable to vote on deepening the well.
